What is Guaranteed Rent?

Simply put it is ‘hassle free low risk method of being a landlord’. You receive full monthly rent payments regardless of whether the property is fully let, partially let or completely empty; and more importantly regardless of whether the tenant fails to pay their rent.

We can offer a guaranteed rent scheme for a minimum 12 month contract during which we manage absolutely every aspect of the tenancy. There are no fees, commissions or hidden extras to pay WHATSOEVER. The key difference between Guaranteed Rent and more conventional rental services is that there is an easy to read contractual agreement between us (ideallets) and you (the landlord) in which ideallets, effectively, becomes your Ideal-tenant.

Having ideallets as your tenant means that you receive your rent without fail 365 days a year, no late payments or delays.
